| Abstract: |
| objective: To establish a capillary gas chromatography(GC)method for quantification of cantharidin in AiDi Drip Pills. Methods: The GC assay was performed with a hp-5 capillary column(30 m×0.32 mm,0.25 ?m)with a FID detector．Nitrogen was used as the carrier gas．The flow rate is 5 ml•min-1，injection port temperature of GC was set 250 ℃，detector temperature was set 300 ℃，The split ratio is 10∶1. Results: The linearity of cantharidin concentration curve was within 10.4～100.4 μg•ml-1(r=0.9999)．The average recovery of cantharidin was 98.98%(RSD=1.86%,n=6), with good repeatability(RSD=1.6％,n=5)and precision (RSD=1.07％,n=5). Conclusion: A accurate and reliable GC method is attainable in the quality control of AiDi Drip Pills． [Key words] AiDi Drip Pills; Cantharidin; Content determination; Capillary gas chromatography |
