Abstract: |
objective: To establish a capillary gas chromatography(GC)method for quantification of cantharidin in AiDi Drip Pills. Methods: The GC assay was performed with a hp-5 capillary column(30 m×0.32 mm,0.25 ?m)with a FID detector.Nitrogen was used as the carrier gas.The flow rate is 5 ml•min-1,injection port temperature of GC was set 250 ℃,detector temperature was set 300 ℃,The split ratio is 10∶1. Results: The linearity of cantharidin concentration curve was within 10.4~100.4 μg•ml-1(r=0.9999).The average recovery of cantharidin was 98.98%(RSD=1.86%,n=6), with good repeatability(RSD=1.6%,n=5)and precision (RSD=1.07%,n=5). Conclusion: A accurate and reliable GC method is attainable in the quality control of AiDi Drip Pills. [Key words] AiDi Drip Pills; Cantharidin; Content determination; Capillary gas chromatography |
